The main value of Summer School attendance is my established contacts with scientists, industry representatives and other course participants. The invited lecturers were great, providing us with valuable and useful information on insects and related issues and news. The programme was very saturated and well organised. Rearing, handling, processing and consumption of insects as food and feed are discussed.
